At Sudler Companies we take a conservative approach to real estate development, construction and management, emphasizing thoroughly researched site selection, functional design and solid construction. Since 1907, we have kept pace with the shifting needs of the corporate real estate industry, favoring solid long-term investments to high-risk ventures for fast returns.
Specializing in turn-key projects for major corporate clients, we offer buildings with trouble free, low maintenance features and materials in ideal locations.
100+ years ago, we were a small contracting firm. Today, we are a family owned business now in its third generation. Thriving on hard work, we grew into one of New Jersey’s most respected real estate firms. When we started, the car doubled as the office and visors held the paperwork. Then, as now, we tackled the tough problems.
In the 1940’s we started constructing entire buildings and by the 1950’s we were owning them. Through the 1960’s we followed customer requirements from Maryland to Florida, Texas to California, fourteen states in all. In the decades since, we have continued to evolve with the industry, employing a long-term strategy and building our portfolio to more than 12 million square feet of office buildings, warehouses and shopping centers as well as hundreds of developable acres.
